In this post we explore how CLF colleagues can think creatively and collaboratively about how partnerships can enhance life choices and opportunity for our learners.

WHAT is a partnership:
Partnerships can take various forms, depending on your objectives and target audience. Consider the impact you could make by enhancing collaboration and building on existing relationships with:
Families
Local Authority
Employers / Higher Education
Local Charities
Faith Groups
WHY are partnerships useful:
Developing partnerships can support you to address challenges in your local community, enhance relationships with parents and carers and position your academy as a trusted community anchor. You could find a way to unlock meaningful opportunities that learners experiencing disadvantage wouldn’t normally have access to.
HOW can CLF staff learn more about partnerships:
On our newly created Partnerships SharePoint, you'll find a step by step guide that will support you to identify your focus area, finding opportunities for collaboration with other academies, connecting with potential partners and putting plans into action.
As you start to develop existing and new partnerships, please complete the Partnership Tracker. It's essential we track this information to ensure we manage relationships effectively and capitalise on further opportunities for collaboration.
