Political - policies, regulations, political stability.
Economic - growth/decline, interest, inflation and wages, minimum wage, working hours, cost of living
Sociological - Cultural norms and expectations, health consciousness, population growth rates, age distributions, career attitudes, health and safety.
Technological - New technologies - AI, robotics, programmes, software, devices.
Legal - changes to legislation impacting access to materials, resources, statutory requirements placed upon organisations.
Environmental - Need to switch to sustainable resources, ethical sourcing of materials. Threat of global warming.
It can also be beneficial to carry out a SWOT analysis alongside a PESTLE.
